How do I know what size to order?Sizes are based on a contemporary size chart. Sizing for most items is as follows:
Small | 0-4 Medium | 4-8 Large | 8-12
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an email immediately after your order is placed.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped 1 to 5 business days after they are received except in the case of a pre-order. PLEASE refer to the item description to check for delayed shipment dates due to pre-orders and restocks for several items.
Can I return/exchange an item?
Please email [email protected] with any questions or concerns about your order. Returns are typically accepted within 30 days for store credit. No refunds. Exceptions may apply if items were damaged upon receipt. All sale items are final.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
If you are ordering from South Carolina then you will be charged a 6% sales tax, otherwise no sales tax will be charged.
How do I use a Discount or Promo code?
If you have a discount or promo code to use, please enter it at checkout. Only ONE discount or promo code may be used per order.
What payment options are accepted?
You can choose to pay with your PayPal account or any major credit card.
Can I buy gift cards?
